Pay & Training

Your paycheck reflects your experience :

$0.50–$0.62 CPM based on your CDL driving history over the past 10 years

Experienced drivers average $1,200–$1,600 weekly , running 2,200–2,600 miles consistently

Detention pay and layover pay are included - your time is valuable, and you'll be paid even when the truck isn't moving

New drivers / recent grads start with paid training at $600–$800 per week during the first 30–45 days

The Work

This is regional trucking out of Sandy, UT, covering Utah and surrounding western states. Drivers haul dry van, no-touch freight with about 65% drop-and-hook . You'll average two loads daily, with schedules offering both day and night shifts . Most drivers are out during the week but enjoy a 34–48 hour reset at home , with some weekend work during peak freight season. For added convenience, many drivers have the option to take their truck home between runs.

A Day in the Life

Start with a pre-trip inspection, run your assigned loads, and stay compliant with DOT requirements. You'll manage reefer temps, communicate clearly with dispatch, and deliver freight safely and on time. At Imacc , drivers work with dispatchers who keep loads consistent and respect your schedule.

Requirements to Apply

Valid Class A CDL issued within 150 miles of Sandy, UT (84070)

A safe MVR for the past 5 years (no major violations in the last 12 months)

Ability to pass a road test and DOT physical

Solid work history - we respect commitment, regardless of industry

Clear English communication for safety and customer interaction
