Job descriptionBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). 10+ years in software or data engineering, with 3+ years focused on AI / ML or data management systems. Deep understanding of AI / ML concepts, MLOps , and modern data architectures (data mesh, lakehouse, etc.). Expertise in data modeling, distributed systems, and performance optimization. Proven ability to translate business goals into scalable, intelligent architectures. Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams. Experience working with LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and vector databases. Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and building multi-agent workflows for real-world applications. Understanding of AI governance , ethical AI design, and data privacy principles. Contributions to open-source AI or data projects. Be part of a team pioneering enterprise-scale AI and data platforms. Collaborate with world-class engineers, data scientists, and researchers driving innovation in applied AI. Work on projects that redefine how intelligence powers enterprise systems. US Salary Range
US : Hiring Range in USD from : $136,600 to $338,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
