Accounting Associate III

A company is looking for an Accounting Associate 3.

Key Responsibilities

Processes daily payments including checks, ACH's, and wires

Performs adjustments for previously processed payments

Assists employees, vendors, or customers with inquiries related to accounts and procedures

Required Qualifications

3+ years experience in the accounting field

Proficiency in FactorSoft software applications and spreadsheets

Associates degree in Accounting preferred

5+ years experience in the accounting field preferred

Previous Cash Posting experience in Factoring preferred
