Hybrid Loan Processor- Private Lending

Position : Loan Processor I – Private Lending

Location : Hybrid – Raleigh, NC (Tues–Thurs in-office; Mon / Fri remote)

Schedule : 9 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM EST

Compensation : $50,000–$60,000 annually (based on experience)

Overview :

Our client, a rapidly growing private lending company , is seeking a Loan Processor I to join their expanding Operations team in Raleigh, NC. This position plays a key role in ensuring loan accuracy, borrower satisfaction, and readiness for settlement.

Responsibilities :

Review loan files and systems for accuracy and data integrity

Communicate with borrowers to collect and verify required documentation

Review and interpret documents including purchase contracts, insurance, and operating agreements

Track receipt of third-party reports (title, appraisal, insurance) to ensure closing readiness

Verify all conditions and underwriting requirements are satisfied prior to closing

Maintain clear communication with internal teams and borrowers

Ensure all documentation is compliant and complete for hand-off to Closing

Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years of mortgage processing or lending experience (private lending preferred)

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan origination systems

Must be local to Raleigh, NC – hybrid schedule required

Positive, professional attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
