Asset Management Specialist

A company is looking for an Asset Management Specialist to join their team on a 12-month remote contract.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Frameworks manager to manage the organization, storage, retrieval, and distribution of digital assets

Develop processes for long-term media storage and assist with data migration planning and onboarding

Establish team file and folder taxonomies, set up workflows within asset management software, and author documentation

Required Qualifications

3-4 years of experience with asset management software and systems

Experience using project management tools such as Wrike, JIRA, or Asana

Working knowledge of design software including Photoshop and Illustrator

Ability to learn new systems quickly and understand various project structures and file formats

Prior experience in a time-sensitive production environment
