Job descriptionService and repair HVAC systems in residential buildings Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to prolong their lifespan Test installed systems to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget 5+ years of HVAC service experience preferred Strong understanding and desire to educate customers on products and services Strong knowledge of refrigerate systems, equipment repair techniques. Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry heavy objects up to 50 lbs Must be able to climb ladders and work in small crawl spaces / attics Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a van for job site transportation. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective client interaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC / R systems, with the ability to service , and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in various environments. As an HVAC technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive high-quality service and efficient system performance . The position is full time out of our office in Shawnee, KS.
