Job Requirements :

The ideal candidate must be Board Certified in Family Medicine, and we are open to considering those with 0-5 years of residency completion.

An active MN license is required, and preference will be given to candidates with active ACLS, DEA, and NRP certifications or a willingness to obtain them.

Residency requirements or fellowship completion is a must, and a clean malpractice / background is highly preferred.

Availability for the specified stint is required, and disclosure of any previous work at CHI / Dignity facilities is necessary.
