HR Recruiting Specialist

Barr-Nunn Transportation, a premier truck load carrier in business for over 42 years, is currently seeking a HR Recruiting Specialist to work in our Granger corporate office.

This position will assist in the recruitment and hiring of primarily shop employees. This includes but is not limited to sourcing candidates, completing phone screens and interviews, processing background and reference checks, making offers, onboarding new employees, and working with hiring managers throughout the process. They will also be answering phone calls and assisting employees with issues or concerns.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role. They should have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be comfortable working with all levels of management. They should also be detail-oriented, organized, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will also be willing to travel as needed.

This is an onsite position located in Granger, IA.
