Established private practice group is looking for a full-time Pulmonary and Critical Care physician to join their team in Hermitage, Tennessee at TriStar Summit Medical Center.

Job Summary

Established private practice group is looking for a full-time Pulmonary and Critical Care physician to join their team in Hermitage, Tennessee at TriStar Summit Medical Center.

Responsibilities

  • Provide pulmonary and critical care medicine within a private practice group at TriStar Summit Medical Center.
  • Collaborate with inpatient ICU staff; 40 ICU beds; in-house APPs cover ICU 7p-7a; sleep lab available.
  • Schedule model : 7 on / 7 off in hospital and 1 week of outpatient clinic per month with 1 week off.
  • Join an existing group of 3 full-time MDs and 2 full-time APPs; office call shared, 1 : 7 patient volume with low burden.
  • In-house APPs employed by the group to cover ICU 7p-7a; three nights of call during ICU weeks to back up APPs.
  • Mix of inpatient (approximately 70%) and outpatient (approximately 30%).

Qualifications

  • Must be board eligible or board certified in Pulmonary Disease & Critical Care.
  • Fellow or practicing physician looking to make a career move.
