Stop Loss Claims Manager

A company is looking for a Stop Loss Claims Operations Manager, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team responsible for filing Stop Loss claims and managing reimbursements

Oversee daily workflow and priorities to meet business objectives

Develop and maintain relationships with Stop Loss carriers and ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of operations experience in claims or related field

Progressive leadership experience managing projects and / or teams

Experience in a Health Care or Insurance setting

Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant professional qualification
