Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of public relations strategies and campaigns.
  • Draft and edit press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers.
  • Monitor media coverage and report on PR metrics and outcomes.
  • Assist in planning and organizing press events, conferences, and community outreach activities.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and public opinion to inform PR strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in media relations or a public relations role, through internships or coursework.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
