Job Summary :
We are looking to hire an experienced Regional Sales Development Representative in the Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, and West Virginia region . Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, this team member will work alongside our customer service and sales team, and the rest of the organization to lead Menzner Hardwoods towards an expanded future.

Role & Responsibilities :
- Finding new clients : Actively identifying and developing pipeline of new potential customers in assigned territory (Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia)
- Building relationships : Identifying customer needs and delivering strong customer service to maintain and develop relationships that lead to repeat business.
- Making sales : Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas and achieving sales goals within assigned territory
- Demonstrating expertise : Giving presentations and demonstrations to showcase products and services, regularly attending trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent Menzner Hardwoods and promote products.
- Staying informed : Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Forecasting performance : Organizing and prioritizing leads, opportunities, and client interactions to provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to management.
- Gathering feedback : Gathering client feedback to improve products and services
- Maintain : a professional company image at all times
Skills & Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in sales; building materials, lumber, or manufacturing experience is preferredDemonstrated experience developing new customer relationshipsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong customer service and rapportSelf-motivation and problem-solving skillsMust have a valid driver’s license with flexibility to travel throughout territory weekly; travel to company headquarters in Marathon, WI quarterlyHigh School diploma or GED is mandatory. Bachelor’s degree in sales or related field is preferredThis is a full-time position. Employee location will be remotely located in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, or West Virginia.
Salary will be based on experience and qualifications with a base range of $55,000-$75,000 plus commission.
