• Choose up to 14 shifts per month - 12 hour shifts
• 6-bed, Special Care Nursery and 5-bed Pediatric unit with strong NP support on rounding
• $1,400 per 12-hour shift + $32 per RVU. (average is 132 RVUs per month) Call backs and hours over 12 hours paid at $110 per hour.
• $80,000 recruiting incentive package
• Comprehensive benefits plus $100,000 in loan repayment
