Regent OSR Personnel Qualifications & Responsibilities:
This exhibit describes the recommended qualifications and experience of an OSR candidate and outlines the differences between a standard and senior OSR. The purpose of this document is to serve as a reference for Regent Aerospace Corporation when selecting, measuring, and evaluating OSRs and to reinforce expectations of what value an OSR should provide to the company.

Responsibilities:
- Communicating production status or relevant information to the customer
- Producing various reports, including:
- Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE) lists
- Production status
- Risk Reports
- Tracking of BFE location & quality during its lifetime in facility
- Investigation of the source of confirmed errors/issues
- Proactive risk prevention by noticing errors that may impact scheduling/production and communicating that to the customer
Recommended Attributes & Experience:
- Experience with facility oversight
- Integrating self within external organization
- Experience managing high volume of projects simultaneously

- Risk identification and mitigation
- Technical knowledge of the product
- Knowledge of quality standards
- Aviation industry experience required
- Knowledge of general certification requirements

- Knowledge of program schedule (must understand current phase, approaching phases, etc.) at all times
- Ability to design/submit regular, frequent, and varied reports
Responsibilities (in addition to the standard OSR):
- Perform detailed quality inspections
- Notice product issues/variances from the accepted standard or spec
- Identify weaknesses to performance before issues occur
Create & submit detailed reports & documents including:
- Production status
- Risk reports
- Product inspection reports
- BFE parts receiving
- BOM
Commitment letter:
Any information relevant to customer programs. Work collaboratively with all relevant parties (suppliers, sub-suppliers, customer team, facility managers, program leads, etc.) to mitigate risks and solve issues that have already matured.
