This medical center is a well-established healthcare facility serving the Beckley community and surrounding areas. The facility features a modern catheterization laboratory with 2 cath labs and 4 beds, staffed by 7 RNs and 8 technicians, providing comprehensive cardiac care services to patients in the region.

Opportunity :

Board Certified - Interventional Cardiology

Job Details :

• Provide STEMI call coverage for urgent need from 7a 12 / 21 / 25 to 7a 12 / 30 / 25
• Handle interventional cardiology procedures in an inpatient setting
• Provide STEMI call plus availability for consults on unassigned cardiology inpatients
• Perform other procedures as credentialed
• Work with a call team of 3 RNs and 1 tech
• Collaborate with 2 full-time Interventional Cardiologists on staff
• Expected case volume varies from 0 to a few cases per week
• Orientation preferred the day before 1st day of call if possible
• Utilize Meditec EMR system
• All encounters are ER based with 3 exam rooms available
• Must be licensed in West Virginia or have IMLC
• BLS certification required
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 7-10 days
• No supervision of other healthcare providers required
