Compensation :

• Per Diem - $350 per hour
• Medical professional liability insurance
Practice Setting :
• 2 ORs
• Case mix : General Ortho Urology ENT GI GYN Vascular Pain Management
• Approx. 1000 cases annually
• Monday Friday 8s No Weekends
