Job descriptionCompetitive compensation, income guarantee with bonus incentives Relocation allowance; commencement and retention packages 100% Paid for malpractice 27 days of paid time off per year plus 5 additional paid days for CME with annual stipend Extensive benefits package : health / medical, life / dental, vision, legal insurance etc Short- & Long-Term Disability Retirement including 403(b),457(b),401 Leadership development for all MD / DOs and APPs Leadership development through board and committee opportunities Monday - Friday from 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m Physician will work 4 ½ day week 36 patient contact hours, 4 hours administrative time Call consists of 2-week rotation with rotating holidays, Call 1 : 3 18 - 20 patients per day Dedicated MA support and 1 MA dedicated for prior authorizations for the practice Opportunity for outreach to Central Indiana locations Strong primary care referral base - over 150 new patient referrals monthly Strong collaboration with Pulmonology & Nephrology Practice does not treat or manage fibromyalgia or general pain management 2 physicians, one advanced practice provider and staff who specialize in the care of patients with arthritis, osteoporosis, and other rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases.
