Location : Raytown, Missouri

Job Type : Full-Time Contract (20252026 School Year)

Caseload : Middle School Students

Hourly Pay : $30$40 / hr (based on experience)

Blazer Jobs is seeking a Licensed Counselor to provide middle school counseling services in Raytown, MO for the 20252026 school year. This role allows you to support students academic, social-emotional, and career development in a collaborative school environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide individual and group counseling to middle school students

Offer academic advising and career guidance

Support social-emotional development and coping skills

Assist students in managing crises and achieving personal and academic goals

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines

Qualifications / Requirements :

Active Missouri Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent school counseling license

Masters degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field

Experience working with middle school students preferred

Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Ability to pass background and fingerprint checks
