Our client, a growing architecture firm which received international design recognition in 2023, is looking for a Project Architect to join their studio in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside fantastic mentors, including the firm’s Principals, as you lead a variety of high-profile projects. The studio is highly collaborative, and this is an excellent opportunity to facilitate significant personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities :

Work with clients to evaluate and select potential sites and properties for development.
Consider client requirements to develop functional layouts.
Assess properties for base building deficiencies through proper MEP and structural consultant coordination, providing potential cost impact information to the client.
Lead the production of detailed construction documents.
Provide code related oversight.
Engage in opportunities to be both mentor and mentee in a high-performing office culture.
Some travel may be required, on occasion.

Requirements :

5+ years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates with healthcare and / or commercial project experience.

Architectural Registration (US) is preferred but not necessarily required. Demonstrated progress toward obtaining licensure is expected.

Exceptional attention to detail, particularly with regards to construction documentation.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead project teams in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong Revit proficiency.
