Available Hours : (Monday-Friday, 7 : 30 AM-3 : 00 PM)

YOUR IMPACT

The Special Education Teacher will provide specialized instruction and support to students in grades 7–12 at a charter school about 20 miles from Boston. This role focuses on developing individualized learning plans, monitoring and assessing student progress, and collaborating with educators and families to promote both academic and social growth. The ideal candidate is a licensed Special Education Teacher who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of students.

WHAT YOU NEED :

• Valid Massachusetts Teaching License with Special Education (Moderate Disabilities) certification
• Eligible to teach in MA through DESE
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• Designs & delivers individualized instruction for students with disabilities
• Knowledge of MA Special Education laws and IEP development
• Classroom experience MondayFriday, structured setting
• Experience with students who are nonverbal, on the autism spectrum, prone to tantrums, runners, or wheelchairbound preferred
