Indiana Licensed Registered Nurse

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse - PRN - Spine - Triage - Ambulatory.

Key Responsibilities

Triage spine patient referrals and calls

Assess patients for entry into the spine program

Document patient journeys through the care pathway

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license

Associate of Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred

Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program

Basic Life Support certification through the AHA; advanced life support certifications may be required

Two years of experience in an ambulatory setting preferred
