At the Medication Renewal Center (MRC), part of the vibrant Patient Contact Center at Carle Health, we are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to support our primary care patients with their medication management, adherence, and refill needs. Your Role and Responsibilities

As an MRC RN, you will :

• Collaborate with the Medication Renewal Center CMA and clerical team to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Complete medication refill encounters and care due messages based on established protocols.
• Document patient care needs and follow-ups accurately in the EMR.
• Review patient compliance with medications through thorough electronic medical record assessments.
• Communicate medication orders to pharmacies via verbal or electronic means.
• Provide health information and wellness education to patients and groups.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of patient records, including medication reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Primary Care Physicians and Nursing staff to meet patient needs.
• Identify care gaps and promote health standards to prevent non-compliance.
• Communicate with pharmacies regarding medication discrepancies and clarifications.
• Support the training and orientation of new nursing personnel after a successful probation period.
• Provide float support to all Patient Contact Center Clinical teams as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $30.39 - $52.27 per hour . This range reflects our commitment to fair compensation based on experience, qualifications, and other factors. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to support our team members.
