Event Manager
Belfair POA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to join our talented and established team.

Position Summary :
The Event Manager plays a key role in planning and executing all Club events, ensuring each experience exceeds member and guest expectations. Working closely with the Manager of Event Sales & Operations and the Food & Beverage Team, this individual helps bring the Club's vision to life through seamless coordination, creativity, and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and coordinate events with close attention to the overall calendar and available resources.
- Develop comprehensive event plans outlining timelines, budgets, and required resources.
- Collaborate with members and guests to understand event objectives and requirements.
- Research and select appropriate venue spaces, ensuring they meet event needs.
- Facilitate weekly BEO meetings with staff to ensure information is communicated to all departments in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the Banquet Department to develop suitable menus and beverage offerings.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for all event services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members and guests to provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the event planning process.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to improve future events.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Communications Director to promote events in a timely manner to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Prepare and manage event budgets, including all expenses and labor; event cost tracking and P&L reporting required.
- Monitor financial performance and provide regular budget updates to leadership.
- Foster a collaborative working environment and promote teamwork across departments.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.Experience : Proven experience (3+ years) as an Event Manager or similar role. Demonstrated success in planning and executing large-scale, high-end events.Skills :
