Position Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to champion quality processes and ensure product standards throughout the software and product development lifecycle. Responsibilities include testing, monitoring, and collaborating with teams to maintain compliance and improve quality systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Advocate for the companys quality statement and educate employees at all levels.
• Define test requirements and automate test procedures for a superior user experience.
• Monitor all phases of software development, including design, testing, debugging, and delivery.
• Maintain quality standards to meet customer requirements at every stage.
• Assess technical specifications and design documents, providing feedback.
• Plan and implement quality management and testing strategies.
• Support root cause analysis programs like 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone diagrams.
• Communicate findings and establish preventive measures with customers.
• Use tools such as DFMEA / PFMEA to proactively address quality issues.
• Collaborate with quality supervisors for preventive actions.
• Improve internal processes, documentation, and traceability systems.
• Maintain quality documentation within the Quality Management System (QMS) , ensuring ISO9001 compliance.
• Conduct internal and external QMS audits.
• Work with the Continuous Improvement Team on manufacturing efficiency projects.
