🔬 About the Role

As a QA / QC Lab Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and performance of magnet wire products through rigorous testing and analysis. You'll support R&D, production, and quality initiatives in a fast-paced lab environment.

🧪 Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality testing on magnet wire for specifications, design proposals, R&D, and performance.
• Conduct metallurgical and chemical testing on QA and experimental runs.
• Prepare and test enamels, thinners, and lubricants.
• Inspect raw materials and chemical products for compliance.
• Operate lab instruments and chemical testing equipment.
• Record and report test results using charts, data entry, and written documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Maintain adherence to quality systems and safety protocols (ISO / QS / TS).
• Support continuous improvement and production goals.

🛠️ Skills & Tools

🎓 Qualifications

Preferred Experience :

2–3 years in a chemistry lab setting with hands-on experience in viscosity, pH, water testing, chemical mixing, and titration.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 / hr.
