Software Resources has an immediate job opportunity for a Phenom Analyst with a major corporation in Burbank, CA. 4 days per week on-site, Fridays Remote.

Pay Rate : $90 - $93 / hr DOE
Must Haves :
- Must have Phenom experience either in 1) implementation 2) configuration or 3) product experience
- Must have Technical Writing skills - expert
- Must have excellent communication skills - articulate risks, defined, able to address issues, suggest, etc. both with stakeholders and vendors
- Will be expected to configure and test and will work with teams on UAT phase of projects
- Hands-on in system configuration experience required.
3 open positions- 2 of those will work on Mass Population recruiting and the other will be on Professional recruiting.
Job Description :
Workforce Technology is responsible for the strategy, implementation and end user support for enterprise systems for the workforce. This department within Enterprise Technology is responsible for partnering with the functional Center(s) of Excellence in Human Resources to develop their strategy & roadmap, piloting software and leading projects for system expansion. This position will be responsible for the configuration of a Talent Acquisition implementation of the Phenom platform. This role will work closely with members of Enterprise Technology, as well as clients, external vendors and consultants.
Responsibilities :
Assist with gathering functional and technical requirementsConfigure the Phenom platform based on requirements and leading practicesSupport system rollouts including planning, configuring, testing, and hypercareIdentify, troubleshoot and resolve issues that have the potential to adversely impact project success, escalating as appropriateDevelop and maintain documentation for projectsReview deliverables and configuration completed by Phenom team, providing feedback and / or revising to meet standardsProvide additional system and analytical support as neededParticipate in meetings with clients, partners, vendors, and end users individually and group settingsCommunicate effectively, using both written and verbal methods, with a broad range of internal & external stakeholders, including executive levelsCoordinate (with the integrations team) the bi-directional integrations associated with solutionProvide deep knowledge of HR products including Talent Acquisition / Recruiting capabilitiesBasic Qualifications :
2-5+ years working with HR (Human Resources) Software As a Service (SAAS) Applications supporting the configuration, testing or equivalentExtensive working knowledge of Talent Acquisition systems2-5+ years of full project lifecycle experience (requirements development through implementation)Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Business Administration (or similar degree or 2-4 years additional equivalent experience)
Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Access, Excel, Visio, and ProjectPreferred Qualifications :
Phenom platform experience o master's degree in information technology, Business Management or related fieldExperience designing for both corporate and hourly employee segments / personasExperience working for a large-scale, multi-national companyRequired Education : BS STEM
