Director of Business Intelligence

A company is looking for a Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the operational reporting and data strategy aligned with business objectives

Lead the business reporting function, creating automated dashboards and self-serve tools

Collaborate with operational leaders on metric definition and ensure performance monitoring systems are in place

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; experience in convenience retail or hospitality preferred

10+ years of experience in analytics and business intelligence with a proven leadership track record

Hands-on experience with data visualization tools and advanced analytics techniques

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with prior people leadership experience preferred

Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and thrive in dynamic environments
