Pharmacy Services Director

A company is looking for a 340B Program Director.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and management of the 340B Program, ensuring compliance with regulations

Provide guidance to pharmacy teams on 340B operations, including purchasing and inventory management

Conduct regular audits and generate reports to ensure compliance and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an ACPE certified school of pharmacy

Minimum 5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting

At least 4 years of experience managing 340B Programs

Current pharmacist license preferred

Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in pharmacy software
