Position : Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location : 931 US Hwy 331 South, Defuniak Springs, Florida 32435

Schedule : As Needed / PRN Mon - Fri

Compensation : $50 / hr

Select Physical Therapy's outpatient center in Defuniak Springs, FL has an immediate opening for a PRN Physical Therapist (PT). Live & work near the beach! Our center is 30 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast. Join our team of 2 PT, 1 OT and a PSS treating post-surgical and general orthopedic patients in addition to vestibular / concussion patient. Our center also has a work strategies program and treats work conditioning patients, POETs, and FCEs. New graduates and experienced outpatient Physical Therapists, APPLY! Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state / local / federal regulations

Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients

Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors

Attend / participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school

Valid State Physical Therapist License

CPR certification
