    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – South Dakota or compact state\n
  • BLS certification required\n
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Med / Surg Telemetry nursing experience\n
  • Strong clinical skills in acute care and telemetry settings\n
  • Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled\n
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care abilities\n

  • Provide safe, compassionate, and effective nursing care to patients on the Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit\n
  • Monitor patient status, administer medications, and perform comprehensive assessments\n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
  • Accurately document patient care using the EPIC electronic health record system\n
  • Participate in unit activities and maintain compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations\n
  • Adapt to changing patient needs and support a positive, team-oriented work environment\n
