Key Responsibilities
Analyze and model physician and executive leadership compensation and benefits
Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of healthcare and financial data to support compensation programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or healthcare administration preferred
At least six years of equivalent work experience if no Bachelor's degree
Minimum of two years of experience in physician compensation required
