Job Overview

As an Overnight Fulfillment Colleague, you'll play a key role in creating a seamless shopping experience for our omni-channel customers. Working behind the scenes, you'll support the essential operational tasks that keep our business running - from picking and packing online orders to ensuring merchandise is ready and available for the sales floor.

You'll collaborate closely with your team to meet goals, maintain an organized and efficient environment, and help deliver the exceptional service our customers expect - day or night.

• Our colleagues begin each day energized and ready to make an impact . They take pride in their role, work collaboratively with their team, and help ensure the stockroom and store are clean, organized, and set up for success. At the start of each shift, they review priorities, get up to speed on incoming merchandise, and focus on efficiently processing product - so everything is ready and available for the sales floor by morning.
• Focus on the customer - Overnight Fulfillment Colleagues play a vital role in delivering a great customer experience. By accurately picking, packing, and processing online orders - and ensuring merchandise is organized and ready for the sales floor - they help create a seamless shopping experience across all channels, so every customer visit or delivery feels easy, efficient, and satisfying.
• They always Finish Strong - making sure the stockroom is organized, merchandise is processed and ready for the floor, and all tasks are completed with care and attention to detail - setting the store up for a successful day. Their work ensures that every customer returns to a store that feels full, fresh, and ready to shop.
• We believe service starts with each other - supporting one another with honesty, care, and collaboration so we can better serve our customers and communities.
