Job descriptionPerform baseline fitness assessments on prospective clients. Conduct private and small group training sessions. Sell personal training sessions. Maintain accurate client records and track progress. Meet personal revenue goals for training sales. Lead guest tours and close sales as needed. Implement effective prospecting strategies. Deliver exceptional service and embody our "Train Different" philosophy. Ensure a clean and organized fitness floor. Respond professionally to all inquiries. Strong knowledge of training techniques and fitness equipment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Current certifications or in progress (CPR / AED, CPT, etc.). High school diploma required; a related degree is preferred. Six months of relevant experience preferred.
