About the Role

The Velocify Administrator owns the configuration, optimization, and governance of Velocify (ICE Mortgage Technology) to drive our lending funnel—speed-to-lead, contact / appointment rates, application conversion, approval pull-through, and funded volume. You’ll translate Sales, Marketing, and Compliance requirements into scalable, audit-ready workflows that boost producer productivity and lead ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Ownership & Configuration

• Configure queues, lead routing (round-robin, skills, capacity), SLAs, statuses, and outcome codes across the lending journey (inquiry ? prequal ? app ? approval ? funding).
• Build compliant email / SMS / call cadences; manage templates, disclosures, DNC / opt-outs, quiet hours, and suppression rules.
• Administer users, profiles / permissions, teams, and territories; enforce least-privilege and separation of duties.
• Maintain fields / picklists, validation rules, de-duplication, and data hygiene standards.
