Compensation :

Salary : $79,000 - $93,000 / year (based on experience)

Pay-per-billed-visit : $35-$36 / billed visit (30-minute sessions) | $120 per evaluation | $35-$36 / meeting hour

Clinical Fellows : $36.50 / hour

Signing or relocation bonuses : Up to $10,000

Performance incentives : Up to $9,000 annually

Your Responsibilities :

Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy services to pediatric patients

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and multidisciplinary team members

Provide culturally competent, family-centered care

Complete case management activities consistent with quality assurance standards

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Participate in team meetings and care coordination

Qualifications : Required :

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or currently in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)

Colorado DORA SLP license (or eligible to obtain)

BLS / CPR certification

Passion for pediatric care and collaborative practice

Preferred :

Pediatric experience (CFY candidates and new grads welcome!)

Experience in multidisciplinary settings

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to sit 1-2 hours, stand / walk 4-6 hours daily, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
