Job Title : Attorney - Mass Torts, Personal Injury or Asbestos Litigation (Plaintiff Side)

Location : St. Louis, MO - Hybrid work environment

Our well-established law firm in St. Louis is seeking an experienced Mass Tort, Personal Injury, or Asbestos Litigation Attorney to join our dedicated team. Specializing in plaintiff-side litigation, we are renowned for our commitment to achieving justice for our clients while nurturing a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage a caseload of complex litigation cases, primarily related to mass tort, personal injury or asbestos.
  • Lead investigations, conduct depositions, and assist with trial preparation and presentation.
  • Advocate for clients, negotiating favorable settlements, and representing their interests in court.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, and agreements.
  • Provide reliable legal advice to clients, keeping them fully informed about their cases.

Qualifications :

  • Must be licensed to practice law in Missouri and in good standing.
  • Prior experience in mass tort, personal injury or asbestos litigation, preferably plaintiff side.
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Superior negotiation skills and courtroom demeanor.
