Project Manager (Regulatory)
The position is responsible for managing filings on behalf of Entergy Arkansas made at the Arkansas Public Service Commission (APSC). Such filings include but are not limited to base rate proceeding, acquisitions, tariff filings, cost recovery mechanisms, routine reporting requirements, transmission facilities certification projects, special rate contracts, customer complaints, storm cost recovery.

Minimum Requirements :
Minimum education required of the position : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management or equivalent (4-year degree required).
Minimum experience required of the position : 5 years experience in Operations Management, Project Management, Regulatory, Legal, or Customer Service.
Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position : Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. Must possess a working knowledge of utility rates, regulatory issues, company policy, construction of new facilities and contract requirements, and have the ability to prioritize opportunities based on probability of success and profitability. Must be an excellent verbal and written communicator, able to effectively develop and present regulatory recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
