Job descriptionStarting pay is based on experience Drivers have plenty of work opportunities toincrease their pay Paid practical miles, loaded and unloaded Average of 2,200miles weekly Additional Pay Bonuses : $100 Driver lead referral bonus for qualified drivers Up to $650 Quarterly incentive bonus Paid via direct deposit weekly Great company benefits starting after 90 days employed : Company paid life insurance Company paid short term disability insurance 401K with 100% company match of first 3%, 50% match of next 2% 9 Paid Company Holidays Paid Time Off Paid orientation Boot reimbursement program Take your truck home program with approval Home Time : 2-3 days per week Schedule : Monday - Friday Route : Midwest region Level of Touch : Drivers will be hooking up hoses and running pumps 2023 & Newer Freightliner Trucks All trucks are automatic transmission Governed speed : 68 on the pedal and 70 on cruise ELD equipped with Samsara system Forward facing camera Must be at least 23 years of age Must have CDL A license Must have a minimum of 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience Hazmat & Tanker endorsement required No more than two moving violations in the past 24 months No more than two or more preventable / at fault accidents in the past 24 months in any vehicle No more than one DOT preventable / at fault accident in the past 24 months in a CMV No DUI / DWIs or license suspensions in last 3 years No reckless driving convictions in any vehicle within the previous 24 months No failures or refusals of drug / alcohol tests Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen Hiring Radius : Drivers must live within 60 miles of Morton, IL or be willing to relocate for this position Transportation

- Average annual pay : $64,000.00
Top drivers earn $100,000+
Average 55 CPM
Overnight pay : $32.00
$2,000 Driver referral bonus : Paid $1,000 at hire, and $1,000 at 6 months employed
