Job description5+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or maintenance assembly roles Strong ability to read engineering drawings and wiring diagrams Skilled with hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and test equipment Experience leading or coordinating work on multi-component assemblies Proficiency in documentation and basic computer applications (ERP & MS Office) High level of accuracy, ownership, and craftsmanship in your work Must be 18+ and possess a valid driver’s license Takes pride in producing top-quality work Works well in a team environment and supports others Communicates clearly and effectively Strong problem-solver who stays calm and professional under pressure Enjoys learning new products and improving processes Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and tool handling Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Work involves exposure to noise, chemicals, paints, and moving equipment

- Interpret and follow assembly instructions, schematics, and part drawings
- Assemble mechanical and electrical systems to meet specifications
- Test, troubleshoot, and verify assemblies for quality and performance
- Identify and report non-conformances or issues to the team leader
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Lead or support complex / custom builds
- Assist in improving work instructions and procedures as needed
