About the Role

The Company is on the lookout for a dynamic Vice President of Commercial Insurance Claims to lead our claims and risk prevention division. In this pivotal role, you will manage a dedicated claims team while fostering a culture of service excellence. You will be instrumental in strategizing the assignment of claims, enhancing the skills of claims specialists, and supporting our company's growth objectives.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Guiding the claims process from advising clients to managing key partner relationships.
• Creating a top-tier claims consulting and advocacy services group.
• Collaborating with the sales team to provide comprehensive claims education and support.
• Tracking and managing various claims-related metrics.
• Serving as the lead consultant for large clients and developing effective claims management strategies.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in the commercial property and casualty insurance claims industry, with at least 2 years in a senior management capacity. A solid understanding of claims operations and processes across various insurance companies is essential.
