Overview
Inspect and verify the quality, safety, and hygiene of raw materials, in-process, and finished bakery and dessert products. Conduct visual, physical, and chemical inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements. Perform routine sampling and laboratory testing related to moisture content and pH level to verify the consistency and safety of baked goods, fillings, and toppings. Maintain detailed and accurate records of quality inspections, deviations, corrective actions, and traceability data. Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and hygiene, perform root cause analysis, and propose corrective and preventive actions.
