We are seeking an Embarkation Specialist with immediate availability that will thrive in a challenging and rewarding process-oriented environment in support of the U.S. Marine Corps Prepositioning Programs at Blount Island Command (BICmd).

- This position is located in Jacksonville, FL with potential for CONUS / OCONUS travel in support of Marine Corps Prepositioning Programs.
Salary :
$70,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience and education)Responsibilities :
Familiar with all classes of ships associated with the MPF program and the requirements for the loading of these ships with equipment and supplies.Possesses a working knowledge of the physical constraints of the ships and equipment to be placed on those ships, to include a thorough knowledge of ship and cargo characteristics (i.e., Ship Loading Characteristics Pamphlet (SLCP)).Possesses a working knowledge of Integrated Computerized Deployment System (ICODES).Possesses the ability to plot and show load configurations utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software (i.e., ICODES).Capable of preparing and generating ship load plans, including reports and data summaries.Possesses familiarity with the requirements of the Fleet Marine Forces (FMF) in preparing each Maintenance Cycle (MMC) and with the requirements for an MPS offload, backload, and regeneration.Possesses an understanding of the procedures used by the FMF when conducting an MPS offload and the requirements for the distribution and accountability of equipment.Supports the development of container and pallet estimates, armory / weapon association plans, COMSEC / CMS planning, and posting of Capability Set Letters and sustainment plans into MCPIC as required.Provides embarkation support during Arrival & Assembly (A&A) operations, exercises, and contingency operations.Required Qualifications :
Demonstrated expertise with ICODES (Integrated Computerized Deployment System) for load planning.Familiarity with Marine Corps Prepositioning Programs and equipment configuration requirements.Security Clearance :
US Citizenship requiredAbility to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance at the minimum level of SecretEducation and Experience :
Bachelor of Science Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent military / industry experience).Minimum 5 years of embarkation / logistics planning experience, with knowledge of Marine Corps or DoD embarkation policies and procedures.Bachelor of Arts with minimum of 0-2 years experienceHS Diploma with minimum of 4-6 years experiencePreferred Additional Skills :
Prior USMC embarkation MOS experience (0431 Embarkation Specialist / 0491 Logistics Officer) or equivalent DoD embarkation / logistics background.Familiarity with MCPIC, GCSS-MC, and TFSMS for equipment / accountability management.Experience supporting ship load-out, sealift operations, or prepositioning initiatives.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple planning cycles simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with senior government leaders, planners, and technical staff.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in joint contractor-government environments.Anglicotech, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer with a strong commitment to supporting and retaining a diverse and talented workforce.
