Assistant Manager

We are looking for a full-time versatile restaurant manager.

• This position does require nights & weekends.
• Must be proficient in the basics of a kitchen operation.
• Experience with hiring.
• Experience with training.
• Experience in proper staff schedule execution.
• Detail oriented.
• Self-starter and initiative taker.
• Must understand and apply service standards and help to control food quality.
• Experience in high volume environments is a plus.
• Looking for a candidate that would like to grow in an expansion situation.
