What You’ll Do :

• Lead with Safety & Reliability – Guide maintenance and tooling teams to execute both preventive and reactive maintenance across a wide range of equipment, including injection molding machines, molds, robots, extruders, and more.
• Maximize Performance – Use root cause analysis and lean practices to minimize downtime, optimize costs, and drive KPIs.
• Develop & Mentor – Build technical capability through training, coaching, and career development programs that strengthen your team and improve retention.
• Drive Innovation – Partner with plant leadership to implement national best practices and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Manage Facilities & Vendors – Oversee contractors, building systems, and equipment to ensure compliance, safety, and top performance.
