Your Day-to-Day Impact

As The Picklr's Lead Pro Pickleball Instructor, you'll :

Host weekly clinics, camps, and one-on-one lessons across all skill levels.

Design and implement new programs that drive engagement, retention, and revenue.

Mentor and train coaches to deliver consistent, world-class instruction.

Partner with the Club Manager to plan monthly programming and player development events.

Promote memberships, sell pro-shop gear, and support club marketing initiatives.

Uphold a culture of safety, professionalism, and fun on every court.

Represent The Picklr's energy, expertise, and community-first spirit in everything you do.

Who You Are

You're not just a coach-you're a leader, motivator, and ambassador for the sport. You bring :

Proven pickleball knowledge and a DUPR rating of 3.5+

Pickleball certification (preferred, or willingness to obtain)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Exceptional organization and lesson-planning ability

Comfort with both Apple and PC technology

Positive, professional energy and the ability to inspire others

CPR / AED certification (or willingness to obtain)

You thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments and understand how to connect, coach, and convert passion into performance.
