As the Dishwashing Supervisor at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you'll oversee the staff in the stewarding department and assist in the transportation and cleaning of cooking utensils and service ware in order to provide cooks, bus persons and food servers with appropriate equipment for guests dining experience.

What will you be doing?

• Supervise stewarding department in management's absence, ensuring smooth operations.
• Oversee proper use of chemicals and cleaning equipment.
• Train new dishwashing staff effectively.
• Communicate efficiently with staff and other departments.
• Complete daily checklists and safety / sanitation inspections, delegating tasks as needed.
• Drive resort catering truck, pickups, and golf carts on property, in city, and on highways.
• Provide support to dishwashing and service staff when required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
