Funding and Imaging Support Specialist

Description : The position is in-office.Role Definition : Monitors for and reviews loan documents for compliance, completeness and accuracy. Validates system data and conducts follow-up activities.I. Assist with the upload and indexing of all Underwriting, Funding and Appraisal packages into Encompass. Communicates with banks regarding necessary corrections or additional items needed. Identify deficiencies that may prevent loans from aligning with investor or internal guidelines. Escalate issues as necessary.II. Assist with the upload of all new and updated appraisals to UCDP. Assist with the collection of information and enter data into Encompass.III. Reviews closing package submitted by banks for purchase of loans to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.IV. Approves loans for purchase; prepares and distributes ACH confirmations to banks and necessary departments.V. Communicates with banks regarding incomplete or inaccurate documentation and works to obtain satisfactory documents to successfully approve loans for purchase.Requirements : Required Education : High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Required Work Experience : One to two years of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Technology Skills : Microsoft Office, Loan Origination software, basic internet skillsRequired Skills or traits for the position : Professional communication skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently and collaborate with others, desire to learn and contribute to the success of the department and company.PIf3923d9d8f3b-29952-38930683 #FalseRequiredPreferredJob IndustriesOther
