KPMG is currently seeking a Transformation Director for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities :

• Leadclient engagements and work streams related to process improvements and operationalanalysis for customer-facing services and functions
• Provideoversight of highly skilled client and KPMG work teams throughout the projectlifecycle and help ensure timely execution of project deliverables
• Applywell-developed consulting skills and in-depth industry and functional knowledgein the execution of assignments
• Establishclient value propositions that tie outcomes and C-Suite focus areas directly tobusiness improvement
• Helplead proposal development and other new business development activities byleveraging existing relationships with C-level executives
• Provideinput into engagement decisions including work plan and timeline, projectmanagement, resource allocation, and career development of staff members

California Salary Range : $161100 - $281300
