Workforce Solutions partners directly with leading small to mid-sized CPA firms across the United States to connect them with top talent in the public accounting industry. We are currently working with a well-established CPA firm based in Willow Street, Pennsylvania, that is seeking a Senior CPA to join their team. This is a full-time opportunity offering onsite and hybrid work arrangements after training.
What's the role?
As a Senior Tax Accountant, you'll be responsible for managing client engagements, reviewing work, and delivering high-quality tax services. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to advance their career while mentoring team members and strengthening client relationships.
Your responsibilities will include :
Planning, supervising, and completing tax engagements.
Reviewing work of team members and providing feedback.
Performing a broad range of accounting work while minimizing manager / partner intervention.
Establishing time budgets and managing deliverables to ensure quality, scope, and timeliness.
Mentoring and developing junior team members.
Researching tax issues and advising managers on appropriate courses of action.
Formulating conclusions consistent with firm policies and professional standards.
Identifying opportunities to provide additional services to clients.
Participating in internal and external networking to grow client and COI relationships.
What experience and skills do I need to be successful?
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field with accounting coursework (or comparable experience).
CPA license required .
3+ years of public accounting tax experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Leadership ability with experience mentoring or supervising staff.

What will my schedule look like?
Full-time, Monday–Friday.
Standard 37.5-hour work week (additional hours during tax season).
Onsite in Willow Street, PA during training.
After training : Hybrid schedule available , with a minimum of 2 days onsite per week.
