  • Must be fluent in data privacy policies (GDPR, etc.) and understand how they apply to UX research.

  • Experience with democratization of research is highly desirable.

Soft skills :

  • Demonstrated service-oriented mindset - you will be required to adapt to shifting priorities, be empathetic and resilient when negotiating tradeoffs with stakeholders

  • Must be able to build strong relationships, creating partnerships with functions across the org and the globe that your team relies on - Legal, Privacy, Security, Procurement, Finance, etc.

  • Must possess strong prioritization skills - able to determine what’s feasible given time and resource requirements, distinguish critical from non-critical issues and set team focus and priorities accordingly.

  • Must be capable of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
